Cold War Kids drop new EP, playing free show

Los Angeles rock favorites Cold War Kids have dropped a new EP and will follow it up with a free performance Monday!

The EP, titled Los Feliz Blvd, is a collection of acoustic renditions of songs from their new album LA Divine. It also features a cover of Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain”, featuring rising indie pop act Bishop Briggs, who also features on the track “So Tied Up”. It is available to download or stream here.

Want to see Cold War Kids? Good news! They are playing a free show Monday, July 31. The Samsung Galaxy Studio is opening in Glendale and will feature a live performance from the band in support of FCancer. Fans will also get an opportunity to meet the band. The event takes place at 7 PM and the address is 889 Americana Way in Glendale.

The next opportunity southern California fans will get to see the band live is when they play the Five Point Ampitheatre in Irvine on August 26. We caught Cold War Kids at the iHeartRadio Theater in Burbank earlier this year for their album release and had a blast — don’t miss a chance to see them for free next week!
