Conor Oberst, Phoebe Bridgers to play two fall SoCal gigs

Better Oblivion Community Center Wiltern 2019 mainbar

We’ve been lucky enough to see Conor Oberst and Phoebe Bridgers play a handful of songs together at their respective shows over the last year. This fall, the two will team up for two shows.

Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band will headling the Glass House in Pomona on Tuesday, October 2 and at Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown on Thursday, October 4. Our favorite Los Angeles singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers will open both shows.

The two shared a wonderful duet on Bridgers’ magnificent debut album Stranger In The Alps last year, the beautiful “Would You Rather”. Oberst appeared on stage at her show last December at the Lodge Room and then at the Constellation Room in February. Their musical chemistry is undeniable.

Oberst is supporting his 2017 record Salutations, a record that rearranged tracks from his 2016 record Ruminations.

Tickets to see Conor Oberst and Phoebe Bridgers at the Glass House in Pomona on October 2 and Pappy & Harriet’s on Thursday, October 4 go on sale Friday, June 2 at 10 AM Pacific Time and 12 PM noon PT. They are priced at $31.00. One dollar from every ticket goes to support Planned Parenthood.
