Firefly 2017 lineup: The Weeknd, Muse, Chance the Rapper

Firefly 2017 lineup

The Firefly 2017 lineup has just been bestowed upon us.

Now in its sixth year, Firefly Festival returns to The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware. Topping the festival are The Weeknd, Muse, Chance the Rapper, Twenty-one pilots, and Bob Dylan.

The bill is pretty diverse despite a top line that isn’t that incredible. It includes Flume, Weezer, The Shins, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Kesha, Phantogram, AFI, The Naked and Famous, Busta Rhymes, BANKS, O.A.R., Bleachers, T-Pain, Snakehips, DJ Jazzy Jeff (!!), and many more.

Last year was my first trip to Firefly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. The vibe is the closest to Bonnaroo’s that I’ve encountered so far, though it definitely skews younger than the demographic at The Farm. King of Leon, Florence + The Machine, Deadmau5, and Mumford & Sons headlined, though the real fun came from the festival’s undercard.

Tickets are on sale. General admission three-day passes are priced beginning at $289.00. VIP are priced at $699.00 and Super VIP at $2,499.00.
