Primavera Sound‘s 2016 lineup was largely regarded as the best festival lineup anywhere in the world. They may win that title again next year considering the Primavera 2017 lineup that just dropped.
Headliners to the Barcelona festival are Arcade Fire, Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, and The XX. The festival takes place from May 31 to June 4 and also features performances from Aphex Twin, Grace Jones, Slayer, Solange, Van Morrison and dozens of others.
The undercard is full of worthwhile names. Run the Jewels, Skepta, Miguel, Flying Lotus, Angel Olsen, Teenage Fanclub, Seu Jorge playing The Life Aquatic: A Tribute to David Bowie, Broken Social Scene, Sampha, Tycho, and Local Natives are just a few of them.
Last year saw the festival headlined by Radiohead, LCD Soundsystem and Sigur Ros. It also featured performances from PJ Harvey, Tame Impala, Air and Brian Wilson.
