Shaky Knees 2018 lineup: Jack White, Queens of the Stone Age, The National top bill

The Shaky Knees 2018 lineup is here! The festival, which has put together some of the best rock and indie lineups of the past few years since its inception, definitely did not disappoint this year. It boasts one of the year’s best and most interesting lineups.

The sixth-year festival will be headlined by Jack White, Queens of the Stone Age and The National. The festival is Friday, May 4 through Sunday, May 6 in Central Park in Atlanta, GA.

One of the most interesting acts on this year’s bill is The Distillers, the Aussie punk band who last made their way into out eardrums back in 2004. Other interesting acts include Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, metal comedy duo Tenacious D, Strokes’ frontman Julian Casablancas’ act The Voidz, and psych garage rock masters Brian Jonestown Massacre.

There’s also a number of acts that we haven’t seen billed at festivals this year, or even in recent years. ’90s alt-rock radio favorites CAKE (who are known for delivering awesome live shows), indie emo rock favorites Jimmy Eat World, and Andrew WK are among the acts billed. That’s a great mix along with more up-and-coming acts like Alvvays, Greta Van Fleet, Torres, Broncho, Bully, and Mt. Joy.

Tickets for this year’s festival go on sale Tuesday, January 9 at 10 AM Eastern Time/7 AM Pacific Time. General Admission tier-two tickets are priced at $179+fees, while a VIP ticket is $575+fees and a Platinum ticket is $1500. There are also payment plans available for each of the tiers.
