Spaceland Block Party postponed until 2018

The first-ever Spaceland Block Party lineup has dropped, and it’s got quite the variety.

Taking place September 16 and September 17 in downtown Los Angeles will feature performances from Joey Bada$$, Vic Mensa, Wavves, Highly Suspect, Big Wild, The Horrors, and many more.

The festival will take place at the 30-acre Arts District industrial site known as Row DTLA. UPDATE: The festival announced August 16th that it will now take place at Union Station. The festival also added a number of new acts to the bill, rising alt-pop favorite Bishop Briggs, Tuxedo, Gabriel Garzon-Montano, Two Feet, and a number of others. See the new full poster below.

UPDATE: The festival was postponed until 2018, as organizers cited “the combination of heavy event traffic in the L.A. market and surprisingly low ticket sales” as reason for cancellation. Refunds are being made to ticket purchasers.

General admission weekend passes are priced at $70.00, with VIP passes priced at $285. Single-day passes are priced at $40.00, with single-day VIP priced at $150 to $175.

Tickets to the festival go on sale Friday, July 14 at 10 AM Pacific Time. Children under eight years old are admitted free.
