Sunflower Bean playing EP release show at Bootleg in January

The rock trio who authored one of 2018’s best albums isn’t wasting any time coming to LA next year. NYC’s Sunflower Bean will play the Bootleg Theater on January 26 in celebration of their new EP!

The band dropped their sophomore album Twentytwo in Blue to critical acclaim earlier this year. They’ll start off 2019 by dropping a four-song EP called King of the Dudes, which comes Jan. 25 via Mom+Pop Records. The EP was produced by Justin Raisen (Angel Olsen, Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX). The lead single “Come For Me” features the kind of angst we’ve come to expect from this talented trio.

We caught Sunflower Bean at the Moroccan Lounge and Teragram Ballroom last year. Saturday, January 26 is another chance to see them in a great venue when they play the Bootleg Theater. Expect some crowdsurfing for sure!

Tickets to see Sunflower Bean at the Bootleg Theater on January 26 go on sale Friday, December 14 at 10 AM Pacific Time. The tickets cost $17.00 and it is a 21-and-over show. The show will begin approximately at 9 PM.
