Local punk rock favorites The Regrettes have a hometown show next week and we are giving away a pair of tickets!
The teenage rockers put out one of last year’s most promising debut records Feel Your Feelings Fool! and have been touring in support of it ever since. That included their Coachella and Bonnaroo debuts, where they certainly made new fans. They’re back in LA at the Teragram Ballroom on Friday, June 29!
I first saw this band in a different incarnation playing a Burger A-Go-Go post-party, which happened to take place at the home of Regrettes lead singer Lydia Night. I was wholly impressed by Night’s confidence despite her youthful age. The band has only grown bolder and written feminist punk anthems that everyone, not just teens can relate to. I’ve seen them a handful of times since and never been disappointed.
Catch them at the Teragram Ballroom with opening acts Destroy Boys and Fringe.
