We are into the meat of the summer and our ticket giveaways are only starting to heat up! This time, it’s an awesome gig from Vacationer and Sego at the Teragram Ballroom on August 2 that we are giving away a pair of tickets to!
Touring in support of their third full-length album Mindset Downtown Recordsthat dropped in June via , Vacationer is in the midst of a North American tour that kicked off in Philly in the middle of July and wraps up in DC in mid-August.
The song “Magnetism” has Miike Snow meets Generationals vibes, and if you’re a fan of that kind of upbeat beachy indie pop, I highly recommend checking them out. You can guess the vibe of this music from the fact that Vacationer partnered with Sonoma County weed distributor Cherry Kola Farms for a weed strain “Mindset” that matches their album title (due out this fall).
Also awesome is the fact that Los Angeles two-piece Sego is the opening act. They have a sort of Violent Femmes in 2018 vibe that should be high energy.
