Jason Mraz delivers at GRAMMY Museum

Jason Mraz gave a Q&A and acoustic performance on the rooftop of the Grammy Museum in Downtown Los Angeles on Thursday night. This was part of the museum’s The Drop series which features a new album and for Mraz it was Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride released the following day.

The Q&A was led by L.A. Times Sports and Culture Columnist LZ Granderson who was also a co-host of SportsNation on ESPN. At the end of the Q&A several questions were taken from the audience. Mraz sat with his guitar throughout the Q&A to break down parts of songs. When the Q&A began it was still daylight and was night by the time intermission began. Mraz came back for a performance with his two singers. Just a month prior Mraz played an invite only rooftop event with his full band performing songs from the new album. Since 2002 Mraz has released eight albums, won two Grammys, eight San Diego Music Awards, a People’s Choice Award, an ASCAP award and more.
