Brittany Howard project Bermuda Triangle playing Troubadour in February

Alabama Shakes singer and guitarist Brittany Howard is bringing her new side project Bermuda Triangle to the Troubadour next month, and you don’t wanna miss it!

Howard is in my opinion one of the best guitarists under the age of 40, and her booming voice has also helped the Alabama Shakes reach amazing heights as a band over the last few years. The trio features Howard, Becca Mancari, and Jesse Lafser. They’ll be kicking off their tour at the Troubadour on Saturday, February 3.

Bermuda Triangle’s sound is much stripped back from what we’ve come to know from her with Alabama Shakes, with Mancari and Lafser harmonizing beautifully behind her lead vocals on “Suzanne” and “Rosey” is a nice breakup song with Lafser on lead vocals (sounding a lot like Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders).

Tickets to see Bermuda Triangle at the Troubadour on Saturday, February 3 are on sale now and are priced at $27.50. Doors open at 8 PM. There’s a two-ticket limit per customer.
