Clean Bandit make LA return at El Rey in November

Though they’ve been quiet on their next album, British electropop act Clean Bandit will return to Los Angeles before the end of the year.

The group lit the world on fire with their debut full-length album and performances all over the world (including at Coachella in 2015). Songs like “Rather Be” and “Real Love” were inescapable whether at the club or at a good house party.  We’re happy to know they’ll be at the El Rey Theatre on Wednesday, November 16.

So far the only new material we’ve seen released as of late is “Tears, ” a great track featuring Louisa Johnson. Hence, the anticipation for new material is that much greater. We did get a sneak peek of new material at Coachella in the form of their collaboration with Marina & the Diamonds. That song is “Disconnect” and we are bummed there’s been no studio release of the song quite yet.

Tickets to the El Rey show are priced at $30.00 and go on sale Friday, August 26 at 10 AM Pacific Time. There’s also an American Express cardholders pre-sale that began Wednesday, August 24 at 10 AM PT. There’s another pre-sale, a Goldenvoice one Thursday, August 25 at 10 AM PT. The password is TEARS. Doors to the show are at 8 PM and the show starts at 9 PM.
