We’ve had the luxury of seeing rising indie rock standout Snail Mail a number of times — and now we’re here to give you that same chance!
The Baltimore-bred band is playing The Wiltern on Thursday, August 22 and we’re giving away a pair of tickets to the show! Touring in support of 2018’s critically-acclaimed debut full-length album Lush, the band is taking a victory lap in LA to close out the summer.
Snail Mail is the project of 20-year-old singer-songwriter Lindsey Jordan. We’ve caught her band at The Roxy and the Bootleg Theater and it’s no surprise she’s already headlining a venue the size of The Wiltern. Lush landed on many year-end best-of lists last year, with good reason. Her gritty brand of indie rock stands out as unique.
The August 22 show at The Wiltern is presented by KCRW and includes another favorite of ours, SASAMI, as an opening act. Choir Boy also joins the bill.
