For the third straight November, Red Bull Sound Select is going to deliver a crazy slate of November concerts for their epic #30DaysInLA concert series.
They dropped the lineup Monday. The full schedule of events is epic. The mix of artists that will be performing spans almost every genre and it will be a great opportunity to see some of these acts in small venues for an affordable price. Acts include HAIM, Nick Murphy (fka Chet Faker), Charli XCX + Sophie, Snakehips, Bob Moses, Car Seat Headrest. OWSLA Presents, YG, White Lung, Pusha T, Lido, Jhene Aiko and others. Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, September 20 at 10 AM Pacific Time. They are all priced at $15.00 or less and there is a two-ticket per person limit. Be ready to purchase and make sure you nab the ones that’ll go the quickest first. You must be a Red Bull Sound Select member in order to purchase tickets. Aside from concerts, Red Bull Sound Select will also put together some epic music-related events throughout the month.
I’ve attended about a dozen or so of these #30DaysInLA shows and am wildly impressed by how these are run. They reward people for getting there early enough to see the opening acts, as RBSS’s primary objective is music discovery. Sometimes, you’ll get a free poster, or some other sort of merch, by getting there on time. Of the acts on the lineup that aren’t headliners, Joey Dosik, Aurora, Tory Lanez, Harriet Brown, Pell, and Sad Girl stand out as ones you won’t want to miss.
You must attend at least a half dozen of these or else you are doing it all wrong. Trust us.
