A Tribute to Jeff Buckley, The Satellite, free
Every month, The Satellite does a tribute show to an artist, usually with a specific album in mind. This month, it’s Jeff Buckley’s lone full record Grace that gets a tribute. It’s one of my favorite albums of all-time and very deserving of the honor.

James Blake, Vince Staples, Hollywood Palladium, $35.00, 7:30 PM *SOLD OUT*
I was extremely bummed when James Blake’s set at Treasure Island got cancelled due to weather this past Sunday. But luckily, Blake has two shows at the Palladium this week as well as an appearance at Beach Goth. Get ready to feel some feels with his downtempo electronic ecstasy.

Garbage, Cigarettes After Sex, Hollywood Forever, $47.50, 6 PM *SOLD OUT*
Garbage’s comeback continues with a new album in tow. They put together a killer show at the Greek Theatre last year and the Cemetery should be an awesome place to see them perform. Party like it’s 1995.
HINDS, Regent Theater, $15.50-$17.50, 8 PM
These lo-fi Spanish rockers always deliver a fun and energetic show. Their brand of garage rock is infectious as hell and they seem to have as much fun on stage as their crowd does watching them. They were pretty memorable at Treasure Island this past Sunday.

Beach Goth ft. Bon Iver, James Blake, Patti Smith, Violent Femmes, TLC, Wild Nothing, HINDS, $99.00 single-day Saturday, $175.00 two-day GA
Beach Goth always boasts the most eclectic lineup of any festival in southern California and 2016 is no different. Bon Iver, Violent Femmes and TLC on the same bill? Crazy.
